Methodist elder serving in Dallas, a food justice activist and a
doctoral of ministry student at Memphis Theological Seminary where
she is focusing on the intersection of faith, food apartheid and
the displacement of Black, Brown and Indigenous peoples. A fellow
of Vanderbilt Divinity School’s Public Theology and Racial Justice
Collaborative, she is also a 2017 fellow of Princeton Theological
Seminary’s Black Leadership Theology Institute. She is a writing
